Assistant Property Manager – Multifamily

Location: Columbus, OH

$24–$30 per hour + Leasing Commissions + Bonuses

Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multifamily community while helping drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone with leasing or property management experience who enjoys working with residents, supporting a team, and helping a community operate at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Support leasing efforts including tours, follow-up, and closing new leases

Assist with lease renewals and resident retention strategies

Help manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up

Train and support leasing agents to achieve occupancy goals

Serve as a key point of contact for resident concerns and resolutions

Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely unit turns and move-in readiness

Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Experience in multifamily property management or leasing

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage leasing, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

$24–$30 per hour

Leasing commissions on new leases and renewals

$2,000 monthly health insurance stipend

$5,000 annual base performance bonus (subject to review)

Annual discretionary performance bonus

Competitive PTO package

The leasing office operates seven days a week, and this role will participate in a rotating weekend schedule based on team coverage.
