Roof Maxx is looking for professional, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Care Solution Specialists. This isn't traditional roofing—you'll have real conversations with homeowners, perform roof inspections and treatments, and build a career with six-figure income potential. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

● Have genuine conversations with homeowners about preventive home care

● Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues

● Apply scientifically-proven treatments that extend roof life

● Complete minor repairs (boot replacements, small fixes—not full tear-off s)

● Build trust with customers as their go-to roof care expert

● Generate your own opportunities in your local area

● Work with a partner as part of a two-person team

WHAT YOU WON'T DO:

● Sit behind a desk

● Cold call from a phone bank

● Wait around for someone to give you leads

● Do heavy manual labor or full roof replacements

● Work for someone else's schedule

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE:

● Comfortable having conversations (not "selling" in the pushy sense)

● Professional appearance and demeanor

● Coachable and willing to follow a proven system

● Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors

● Reliable and self-motivated

● Good with basic technology (phone, tablet, apps)
