Job Title
Coordinator, Housing Assignments
Essential Job Functions
Serves as the contact perform for all housing assignments
Maintains current file of all housing forms
Completes requisitions
Prepares written materials, reports, room assignments, logs, letters to students
Processes documents and materials, registration, travel requests and assists in the processing of Residence Hall charges
Other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related or applicable field
Three (3) years' experience in higher education and or student activities
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of Assignment processes and procedures
Knowledge of residence housing best practices and procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills
Strong communication skills, verbal written and interpersonal
Self-motivated
Ability to effectively deliver assignment services to a diverse student population
Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
Ability to adhere to deadlines
