Our firm is partnering with a client in Worthington, OH to bring on an Office Assistant who will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations. This shortterm contract position is heavily focused on document organization, meeting support, and maintaining an efficient and orderly office environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detailoriented, dependable, and comfortable working fully onsite.
What You'll Do
Handle daily filing and scanning of documents, ensuring accuracy and proper organization
Maintain physical file systems, including cleanup, resorting, archiving, and creating new folders as needed
Take meeting minutes, distribute notes, and track followup items
Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Assist with scanning projects and converting paper files into digital formats
Help maintain office organization and support special cleanup or restructuring projects
What You Bring
Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in a structured environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Comfort working with filing systems, scanning equipment, and document management tasks
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working fully onsite
Strong communication skills and a dependable, teamoriented approach
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
