Full-Time Associate Dentist - Bonus Mission-Driven

R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a mission-driven, team-oriented dental organization focused on delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Role: Full-Time Associate Dentist

Practice Model: Team-based, mission-oriented, dentist-supported environment

Patient Population: Approximately 70% pediatric (ages 3 21) with up to 30% adults depending on location

Technology: Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern practice management software

Clinical Support: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Clinical Environment

Average daily flow of operative and hygiene patients

Payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network patients

Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional development encouraged Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base pay: $900/day with uncapped earning potential

Sign-on bonus: $50,000

Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month
