Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Program Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading a multi-million dollar transformation program from early planning through pilot deployment and full business unit rollout.

Responsibilities:

Lead a large-scale transformation program from planning through deployment

Manage both IT and business workstreams using Microsoft Project

Coordinate program activities with a third-party system integration and business integration vendor

Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders

Ensure successful program execution and alignment with business goals

Quickly learn internal processes and deliver value to the team

Maintain strong communication with leadership and executive stakeholders

Build consensus among stakeholders and guide decision-making

Essentials:

Experience leading large cross-functional transformation programs

Strong vendor management experience

Experience managing IT and business tasks in Microsoft Project

Demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder management

Ability to quickly ramp up on new processes and environments

Desired:

Experience with accounts payable or back-office business functions

Experience working with enterprise system implementations
