Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer.

We need someone to assist in supporting infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud modernization initiatives while improving engineering tooling and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain infrastructure across cloud and container environments

Configure and integrate engineering tools including GitLab, CI/CD platforms, and artifact repositories

Support migration from legacy tooling to modern DevOps platforms

Implement canary deployments and automated release strategies

Assist in modernization efforts to move on-premises applications to cloud environments

Support governance and integration of AI tools within development pipelines

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment automation and operational efficiency

Help standardize infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes

Contribute to monitoring, reliability improvements, and system performance

Essentials:

Strong experience with Azure cloud environments

Experience working with Kubernetes

Experience with GitLab and CI/CD automation

Experience configuring and integrating DevOps tooling

Strong understanding of infrastructure automation

Experience supporting modernization and cloud migration initiatives

Desired:

Experience with artifact repository tools such as Nexus

Experience implementing canary deployments

Exposure to AI tools used in development workflows

Experience supporting governance and operational processes for engineering platforms
