Job Description
ComResource is looking for a Desktop Analyst.
We need someone to assist in supporting a Tier 2+ client services team during a technology refresh project, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-person technical support in a client-facing IT service environment
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Support PC deployments and device refresh activities
Maintain asset records using a management system
Troubleshoot operating systems, network configuration, and hardware issues
Provide support via in-person, phone, or remote methods
Escalate technical issues as needed
Deliver strong customer service to internal users
Essentials:
Experience supporting desktop hardware and software environments
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience supporting end users in a client-facing environment
Ability to manage asset tracking and documentation
Strong time management and communication skills
Experience working with Excel including pivot tables or VLOOKUP
Desired:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Technical certifications
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
