Bilingual Accounting Clerk (Spanish/English) – Temporary Contract
Location: Mystic, CT
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Assignment: Covering a leave of absence
About the Role:
A.R. Mazzotta is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Accounting Clerk to support our client in Mystic during a leave of absence. This temporary contract role is ideal for candidates fluent in Spanish and English who have a background in accounting or bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and general accounting transactions
Assist with accounts receivable and payable tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors in both English and Spanish
Support month-end and other periodic accounting activities as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Spanish and English required
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable, invoicing)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
