Flexibility: You’re okay with on-call, day, or night shifts—whatever it takes to get the job done.
The Basics: A valid driver’s license (clean record, no DUI/DWI in 3 years), reliable insured transportation, and your own basic telecom tools/PPE.
The Right Grit: A "can-do" attitude and a genuine hunger to become a top producer in the field.
