Perform rough carpentry including framing, structural building, and other essential construction tasks

Jump in on various aspects of construction as needed to keep projects moving

Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Take direction from supervisors and collaborate with the rest of the crew

Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy job site

Use your personal tools to complete assigned tasksWhat You Bring

Solid experience in rough carpentry and construction work

A strong work ethic and the ability to hustle without cutting corners

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions

Respect for safety practices and job site organization

Your own set of reliable tools

OSHA 10 card (we'll set you up for a free OSHA 10 course if you are not already certified)
