Role Summary

Our client, a growing multi-clinic healthcare organization focused on integrative and functional primary care, is seeking Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Physicians (MD/DO) to join its clinical team in Oregon. The organization combines traditional primary care with functional medicine principles to identify and treat the root causes of illness while supporting long-term patient wellness.

Providers will deliver patient-centered care through in-person visits and telehealth while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team including health coaches, nutrition professionals, and behavioral health specialists.Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth consultations, and occasional same-day appointments.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescription medications when appropriate.

Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and functional medicine principles.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members including health coaches, nutrition professionals, and behavioral health providers.

Maintain timely and compliant documentation in the electronic health record system.

Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.

Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment focused on patient outcomes.Required Qualifications

Active or eligible Oregon license as one of the following:

Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC)

Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Physician (MD or DO)

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.

2+ years of clinical experience preferred in primary care or a related field.

Strong interest in preventive, lifestyle, and functional medicine approaches.

Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.

Experience using electronic health record systems.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in functional or integrative medicine.

Familiarity with modern EHR platforms used in outpatient clinical environments.Compensation & Work Model

Guaranteed salary with potential earnings exceeding $300,000.

No nights or weekends.

Minimal call schedule (approximately one week per year, phone-only).
