Technical Product Analyst
Contract Length: 6 months (high likelihood of extension)
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $40/hr-$49/hr
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to support Marketing Technology platforms across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and solution architects to understand requirements, support integrations, and ensure the successful operation of key MarTech systems.
This position focuses heavily on Adobe Analytics (Admin/Legacy platform) and OneTrust, with additional exposure to Qualtrics and Merkle CRM.
Responsibilities
Coordinate technical bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments across internal teams and external vendors.
Understand, document, and communicate the impact of changes across multiple MarTech systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional and scrum teams to identify and manage technical dependencies.
Provide production support for Marketing Technology platforms (integrations, platform issues, user access, etc.).
Debug data issues across systems such as Adobe Analytics, Merkle CRM, OneTrust, Qualtrics VOC, and others.
Manage user access and permissions within assigned MarTech platforms.
Perform routine platform maintenance and operational support tasks.
Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvement.
Create and maintain internal technical documentation, workflows, and support guidelines. Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience supporting Marketing Technology platforms in a Technical Analyst, Product Analyst, or IT Support role.
Strong handson experience with:
Adobe Analytics - Admin side (legacy platform; not reporting/analyst work).
OneTrust (highly preferred).
Experience with or exposure to:
Qualtrics (VOC)
Merkle CRM
Affiliate platforms, loyalty systems, ratings & reviews platforms
Understanding of data architecture, data flows, and APIbased integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
Strong communication, collaboration, and crossteam coordination skills.
Excellent analytical thinking, problemsolving abilities, and attention to detail.
Selfstarter with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
