Job Description
* Lead field execution for ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
* Manage site logistics, subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and quality control.
* Coordinate closely with project management to drive budget, sequencing, and client updates.
* Resolve day-to-day field issues and maintain strong, professional relationships with owners and partners.
* Represent the company as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth delivery from mobilization to turnover.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
* 5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily projects.
* Experience with podium, structured parking, wood-frame, or metal-frame multifamily builds.
* Strong tenure at prior employers with demonstrated internal growth.
* Client-facing communicator who thrives with autonomy.
* Steady, solutions-oriented presence on active job sites.

Salary range: Open and flexible for the right experience. ( $ 135,000.00 - $ 185,000.00)
