Job Description

* Oversee field execution for $10-$40M projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.

* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily operations from mobilization through closeout.

* Coordinate closely with project managers on sequencing, cost impacts, and client communication.

* Solve on-site challenges quickly while maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented presence.

* Build strong relationships with owners, design partners, and trade teams to support repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

* Experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or multifamily ground-up builds.

* Background with podium, structured parking, wood-frame, or metal-frame projects.

* Strong tenure at previous employers with a track record of internal growth.

* Confident communicator with client-facing professionalism.

* Values autonomy, accountability, and high-quality field execution.
