Plumber

We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman Commercial Plumbers for multiple long-term commercial construction projects in the Columbus, Ohio area.

These projects include work on schools, office buildings, and other commercial facilities, involving both new construction and renovation. This is a long-term opportunity with well over a year of work available for qualified plumbers. Candidates must be willing to work within 30-45 minutes of downtown Columbus, including projects in Plain City and Hilliard, Ohio.

Pay rate is $34 to $36 per hour depending on experience. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Four 10-hour days from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

-Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems

-Cut, sweat, and solder copper piping

-Install and work with cast iron piping systems

-Use ProPress systems for commercial installations

-Brace and support piping systems

-Work from blueprints and job specifications

-Complete work independently and maintain productivity on commercial job sites

Requirements

-Strong commercial plumbing experience

-Ability to read and work from blueprints

-Experience with copper, cast iron, and ProPress systems

-Must have all necessary plumbing tools
