Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality outpatient care to patients

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Family Medicine

Completion of a Family Medicine Residency program

2 years of clinical experience

DEA registration & BLS certification

U.S. citizen or permanent resident
