Job Description

What We Offer

Top-of-market compensation, $150K–$200K for a leader who delivers results

Report directly to ownership with real influence over strategy, culture, and growth

Lead in a recession-resistant, high-demand industry — disaster restoration never slows down

Inherit a strong brand with a proven reputation — you're scaling a winner, not fixing a broken ship

Build and develop your own management team the way you've always wanted to

Full health, dental, and vision insurance plus paid time off

Clear path to ownership-level impact as you prove your results

Who We Are

Hightower Restoration is a premier restoration company specializing in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. Known for integrity, quality, and client-focused disaster recovery service, we have built a reputation for restoring both properties and lives. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a transformative General Manager to lead our next phase of growth — a decisive executive who can drive operational excellence, build a high-performance team, and own the business like it's their own.

The Role

Reporting directly to ownership, the General Manager will be the strategic and operational driver of Hightower Restoration. This leader will oversee all daily mitigation operations, lead department heads across operations, sales, marketing, HR, and finance, and position the company as the market leader in property restoration and disaster cleanup services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven record of delivering measurable growth and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations of the restoration and mitigation company to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and growth plans aligned with company vision

Manage budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis to achieve revenue targets

Lead and support department heads across operations, sales, marketing, HR, and finance to ensure collaboration and goal alignment

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including job completion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and financial metrics

Ensure compliance with IICRC industry standards, OSHA safety regulations, licensing, insurance, and all legal requirements

Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff at all levels

Grow and develop the management team; foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and effectively

Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, referral partners, key clients, and vendors

Review and approve major contracts, bids, and partnerships

Evaluate and implement technology, tools, and processes to enhance mitigation and restoration workflows

Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and disaster recovery service offerings

Oversee risk management, safety programs, and quality assurance processes across all operations

Report regularly to ownership on company performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in restoration, remediation, or related construction sectors

Minimum 5 years in an executive or senior management role

Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams

Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and operational scaling

IICRC certifications (Water, Mold, Asbestos) preferred

Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
