Grow and develop the management team; foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and effectively
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, referral partners, key clients, and vendors
Review and approve major contracts, bids, and partnerships
Evaluate and implement technology, tools, and processes to enhance mitigation and restoration workflows
Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and disaster recovery service offerings
Oversee risk management, safety programs, and quality assurance processes across all operations
Report regularly to ownership on company performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in restoration, remediation, or related construction sectors
Minimum 5 years in an executive or senior management role
Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and operational scaling
