Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports to: Founder
Position Summary:
Are you our next Sales Representative?
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines digital and video-based sales with in-person, relationship-driven selling.
Sales Representatives research prospective investors and property owners within our marketing database, build trust through video communication and educational selling techniques, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
The role also includes in-person sales activities throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, Kenosha, and Racine counties. Travel across these counties is required, and candidates must have reliable transportation for meetings, networking, and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Build a sales strategy designed to achieve 20 new investor client contracts per month.
Own and manage a monthly scorecard with a target of 20 new investor contracts.
Utilize Marcus Sheridan’s They Ask, You Answer and Endless Customers frameworks to develop a sales strategy that drives revenue and directly impacts the monthly contract scorecard.
Work with Sales Management to develop prospecting strategies tailored to today’s modern real estate investor.
Follow the sales process using HubSpot to qualify leads through calls, video, email, and social media.
Create and send personalized 1:1 video messages throughout the buying process.
Conduct in-person meetings and networking with investors and property owners across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Kenosha, and Racine counties.
Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing questions, objections, and insights gathered from prospects.
Contribute to marketing content, including blogs and videos, by sharing insights from real conversations with investors.

Experience with HubSpot or other marketing technology is a plus.
Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
Compensation
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 base salary plus monthly performance commissions.
Top performers can earn up to $3,000 in monthly commissions.

Step 3: Sales Activities
Candidates who advance from the interview process will complete two 30 minute situational activities designed to demonstrate sales capabilities. Details will be shared with selected candidates.
Step 4: Second Interview
A second interview may be conducted if necessary.
