As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional location, completing routine patrols, observing for security-related concerns, and providing helpful customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering an active role where you stay visible to help to deter incidents, support access control needs, and represent Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a caring, people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas and the perimeter, as directed by post orders.
Monitor for irregular activity and help to deter unwanted behavior through a visible presence and timely reporting.
Document observations, incidents, and/or hazards in written reports and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Be 21+ years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid is preferred. This may be completed post hire.
CPR certification is preferred. This may be completed post hire.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
