Steady Monday–Friday scheduleKey Responsibilities of a Driver ManagerLead Driver Support & Performance
Provide daily guidance, support, and problem solving for drivers
Maintain strong working relationships to promote retention and operational efficiency
Monitor performance metrics and help drivers meet company expectationsSupport Driver Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top tier drivers
Build innovative outreach campaigns and respond promptly to applicant inquiries
Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
Guide candidates through the process—from first contact to onboarding and vehicle assignmentManage Processes & Reporting
Track applicants and maintain accurate, up to date information in the applicant tracking system
Provide leadership with performance insights and recruitment updates
Ensure compliance with internal policies and transportation standardsStrengthen Collaboration & Retention
Partner with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Support long term driver success through ongoing communication and relationship building
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and assist with additional duties as neededWhat You Bring
