We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal position based in Lockbourne This job offers daily home time, consistent night routes, Drivers on this local job will operate in a 250-mile radius of Columbus, OH.
Position Overview
Drivers on this local job will operate in a 250-mile radius of Columbus, OH, returning to the terminal daily.
Most freight is drop and hook, making this a smooth and efficient operation.
Drivers will start and end their shift at the Indianapolis terminal and will be slip seating equipment.
Delivery Area
Drivers will operate within a 200-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN, including:
Chicago, IL routes
Local deliveries within 100 miles of Indianapolis
Intermodal freight from the Indianapolis rail ramp
Terminal location:

Indianapolis, IN 46221
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday
OFF Friday and Saturday
Start time: 7:00 PM
Night driving position
Drivers report to the Indianapolis terminal daily for dispatch and truck assignment
Freight Details
75% drop and hook
Majority no-touch freight
Average 17 loads per week
Average 6–7 stops per week
Drivers run Indianapolis to Chicago and back daily

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Job Details:
$0.33-$0.46 cpm
Detention pay: $20 per hour per hour
Drop and hook pay: $33 pay per stop
Live load/unload: $43 per stop
Hazmat: $25 per load
Rail delays: $20 per hour
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
New hire training pay: $20 per hour per day
Holiday pay: average daily wage
Daily home time
Majority no touch freight
Onsite management
Paid online orientation
Average annual earnings: approximately $72,000
$5,000 sign-on bonus available for a limited time.

Special Requirements
Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
Cost of Hazmat endorsement will be reimbursed once added to license
