What You'll Do
As our IT Systems Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of internal tools, automations, and business systems that power our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Python-based automations, scripts, and internal tools that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Develop and support API integrations across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, CRM platforms, telephony systems, and reporting tools
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, reporting, knowledge management, quality assurance, and operational performance
Lead internal technology projects from concept through implementation
Partner with leadership and department heads to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions
Improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and system connectivity across multiple platforms
Support internal dashboards, data processes, compliance reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and development standards
Ensure all systems and solutions align with security best practices and HIPAA-aware operational expectations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, automation, software development, business systems, or a related technical role
Strong proficiency in Python for automation scripting, API integrations, reporting, workflow orchestration, data transformation, validation, and internal tool development
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cross-platform system integrations
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, CRM platforms, telephony / call center systems, and ticketing / workflow tools
Familiarity with AI tools, AI integrations, or practical business applications of AI
Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a call center, sales operations, healthcare, insurance, or regulated environment
Experience with platforms such as Go High Level, Enrollhere, or similar CRM / telephony systems
Experience with PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, or workflow automation platforms
Familiarity with AI APIs, LLM tools, prompt workflows, or internal AI copilots
Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and security best practices
Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or helping shape a technical roadmap
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
