Clearview Tinting is expanding in Central Ohio following the acquisition of Sun Block Window Film, a well established window film company based in Columbus. We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to continue growing the Sun Block brand in the Columbus market while representing Clearview Tinting’s residential and commercial window film solutions.

This is a field based role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and managing opportunities from first contact through close. The role operates primarily throughout the Columbus and Central Ohio market.

We are seeking a sales professional with experience in construction related sales who understands how projects move from planning through completion. This role focuses on developing strong working relationships and generating both new and repeat business within the residential and commercial markets.

This position offers a base salary of 50,000 plus uncapped commission. Most first year representatives earn between 70,000 and 115,000 depending on performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Columbus territory

Actively prospect builders, contractors, property managers, and design professionals

Conduct face to face meetings, site visits, and estimate appointments

Prepare accurate quotes by reviewing project documents as needed

Submit pricing and proposals for ownership review prior to presentation

Maintain pipeline activity and accurate CRM records

Represent the company at networking and industry events

Host Lunch and Learn presentations

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in construction, building materials, home improvement, commercial services, or a related industry

Experience building and managing your own book of business

Active field sales background with consistent in person prospecting

Strong relationship building and long term account development skills

Organized, professional, and results driven

This role is designed for a dedicated field sales professional focused on territory growth and long term partnerships. It is not a project management position.

Window film experience is not required. Product and technical training will be provided.

Base salary of 50,000 plus uncapped commission
