Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive actuarial analysis and financial modeling.

Prepare detailed Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) reports.

Evaluate existing actuarial programs and recommend improvements.

Interpret relevant federal and state laws and regulations.

Assess best practices and provide technical support to clients.

Independently manage small projects and teams while consistently meeting performance targets.

Lead discussions with clients to facilitate understanding and collaboration.

Oversee project operations and client engagement effectively.

Assist proposal writing teams in responding to requests for actuarial services.

Prepare professional reports and materials tailored to client needs.

Required Skills

Strong quantitative abilities with a knack for analyzing and interpreting financial data.

Proficient in researching, analyzing, and interpreting policies and legal documents.

Ability to work autonomously, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all project team members.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Proactive mindset with the capacity to identify new business opportunities and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a decade of relevant experience required; graduate degree preferred.

ASA or FSA credentials with specific experience in OPEB and retirement-related matters.

At least 5 years of pertinent work experience.

Working Conditions

Remote work option available.

Some travel may be necessary.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at PCG varies based on numerous factors, including office location, specific role, skill set, and experience level. The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,300 to $121,800, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, 401k, paid time off, and parental leave.
