To learn more, please visit our website at Position Summary Operates blenders and associated blending equipment to provide a sufficient quantity of treated dry flakes to ensure continuous operation of the press line. Operates paper unwinder Principal Duties & Responsibilities * Operates (in automatic or manual mode if necessary), cleans and inspects for proper operation of equipment, from screens to paper unwinder at forming line. This includes: Blenders, Screens, Wax Kitchen, Resin Room and Equipment, Flight Conveyors, Formers, Hydraulic and Thermal oil rooms * Inspects wax spray nozzles in surface and core blenders for proper operation. Cleans or replaces stopped or partially clogged nozzles. * Checks, cleans, bags, or removes bags from atomizers when necessary. * Through Blender Control Data and visual inspection, monitors equipment to assure proper operation and to prevent injury or damage to equipment. If any equipment deficiencies are noted, notify Maintenance Department and/or Shift Supervisor to correct problems. * Maintains safe and clean working environment in work areas * Assists the Press Operator by performing such tasks as: *
