Inspecting and approving pieces in casting and machining (including a complete layout each time a machining center is set up for production)

Inspecting and casting defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products prior to shipment

Creating certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHs certificates, and other test reports required to ship with production orders

Performing internal ISO audits and resolving any problems found

Programming, running, and maintaining CMMQualified candidates will offer:

Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field

4yrs+ experience in CMM Programming

Experience with Roamer and Zeiss equipment

Ability to operate CMM and read CMM reports

Experience with PC-DMIS software

Outstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detail

Familiarity with Six Sigma

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - at all levels of the manufacturing environment and with customers
