The ideal candidate will handle a variety of cases, manage client relationships, and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver effective legal solutions.
You'll work within a high-performance environment, balancing independent case responsibility with team synergy.Qualifications & Experience:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Texas Bar (or ability to become licensed in Texas)2–5+ years (or more, depending on seniority) of relevant legal experience in a law firm or legal environmentProven experience in (choose or adjust) civil litigation, insurance defense, contract disputes, or transactional mattersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines, multiple matters, and client expectationsProfessionalism, integrity, and strong work ethicComfortable working independently, but also able to collaborate as part of a teamTech proficient — MS Office, legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis, or equivalent)Interested in hearing more?
