Union: AFSCME 12-Hour Weekday & Weekend Shifts Overtime After 12 HoursPay

Weekday LPN Rates:

$27.05/hour (start)

$29.72/hour (with 6 years experience)

Weekend-Only LPN Rates:

$31.81/hour (start)

$35.00/hour (with 6 years experience)

Shift Differential:

Nights: +$0.50/hour

Overtime:

Paid after 12 hours in a shiftJob Type

Provide resident care and support with daily living needs

Administer medications and treatments

Document care according to regulations and facility standards

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety

Communicate effectively with families and staffRequirements

Active Minnesota LPN license

Strong communication and assessment skills
