In order to be eligible for this position, you need to be enrolled in a Danish education. This is an unpaid internship.
What you’ll be doing
As our new Employer Branding & HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across content creation, event support, HR activities - and especially video editing and visual communication, which play an increasingly important role in our branding efforts.
Content & Creative Production
Produce, film, and edit short videos for social media, events, and internal platforms
Create branded visuals and graphics (templates, infographics, event materials)
Support the development of content for the Stibo Systems career site and employer branding campaigns
Employer Branding & Communications
Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms
Update the People & Culture Hub with new P&C content
Events & HR Support
Assist in planning and promoting career fairs, student events, and engagement activities
Support recruitment tasks such as job post optimization and onboarding materials
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team
What you’ll be part of
You’ll join the Employer Branding team within People & Culture. Working from our Aarhus office, you’ll collaborate with colleagues around the world and become a valued member of our global community. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills, try out new formats, and work on projects that genuinely reach and influence employees and candidates globally.
Who we’re looking for
A proactive, creative mind who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves transforming ideas into engaging visual stories.
You are:
Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, marketing, HR, multimedia design, or a related field
Creative, curious, and detail-oriented
Skilled in video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar)
Confident working with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and eager to try new formats
A self-starter who enjoys both independent work and global collaboration
Motivated by Employer Branding and telling the real stories behind a workplace
You don’t need to be a professional videographer - but you should enjoy experimenting with visual content and be excited about creating videos and graphics regularly.
