Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist/office assistant to greet clients and visitors to our office. You will be responsible for the front office, including contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phone calls and taking messages, sorting and distributing mail, organizing and filing other office materials, and performing additional office duties. To be successful in this role, you will need an outgoing personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Prior experience as an office assistant and knowledge of other information systems will also be helpful.Company Description
