Partner closely with product management and design to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

Lead cross-team technical initiatives, coordinating architectural alignment across backend, platform, and UI groups.

Develop internal tools and frameworks that streamline development and improve operational efficiency.

Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical design guidance.

Strong proficiency with Python, Go, or Typescript, plus experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.).

Proven ownership of distributed systems, API-driven architectures, and cloud-native services.

Broad experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and data modeling best practices.

Strong understanding of UI architecture principles and front-end performance fundamentals.
