Job Description
Valex Corp is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join it's engineering team in Ventura, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the identification, evaluation, design, and implementation of cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes and equipment, in addition to making manufacturing productivity improvements to existing processes and equipment. You will also provide technical support to the operations and quality departments and perform other projects as assigned.
The successful candidate must have a B.S. degree in an applicable Engineering discipline plus 4 years of applicable experience, or 8+ years applicable experience without the completed degree. As part of your experience, you must have successfully completed projects from the design phase to the implementation phase. You must be computer literate with experience in computer-aided drafting, and you must have effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels/departments.
This is a full-time, regular, exempt position, and the pay range is $70K/yr to $85K/yr DOE.
