Machine Operator, Temporary: Dixon, Illinois

Our customer in Dixon, Illinois, is seeking reliable individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 3rd shift. This is a temporary position. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, processing materials, and ensuring products are packaged according to specifications.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Fold, cut, process, and package materials according to production requirements.

Control machine settings and adjust the speed of wind-up equipment as needed.

Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work consistently in a production environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Pay for Machine Operator: $15.75/hour.
