Forklift Operator: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Forklift Operators to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate powered industrial trucks to safely move materials, load/unload shipments, and support production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.

Load and unload deliveries and stack goods in the correct storage areas.

Follow production schedules and inventory instructions to provide materials to machines.

Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance per OSHA standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Verify products for quality standards before storage or production use.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.

Assist with removing machine attachments, waste, or other materials as needed.

Use RF scanners or other tracking devices as required.

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Forklift certification per OSHA standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.

Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Clean driving record and valid state driver’s license may be required.

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Pay for Forklift Operator: $21/hour.
