Junior Software Engineer (Backend)

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the Identity Manager (Modules) development team at One Identity. You will contribute to the development of our enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

Your responsibility will be to actively support the design process, provide technical input, and deliver high-quality implementations based on agreed specifications.

This is a strongly hands-on engineering position with meaningful ownership in delivery, quality, and production stability.

Responsibilities

Support feature design discussions

Implement features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications

Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards

Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues

Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability

Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional software development experience

Strong knowledge of:

C# / .NET ecosystem

SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization

APIs (Rest)

Active Directory

Secure coding practices

Confident English proficiency, both written and spoken

Debugging and analytical skills

Clear and structured communication skills

Ownership mindset and quality-driven approach
