In this role, you’ll work directly with children, adolescents, and adults through 1:1 ABA therapy, helping develop essential life, communication, and social skills, all while benefiting from a reliable full-time schedule, hands on training, and clear career growth opportunities.
Pay: $19 - $24 / hour
Schedule:
Consistent scheduling with predictable weekly expectations
Monday - Friday (Saturdays available)
This is an In Home position that involves working 1:1 with children and families in their own homes and community settings. Why Latitude Therapy?

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting
Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Submit session notes and documentation as required
Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
Travel between session locations as neededRequired Skills
High school diploma or GED required
RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
Prior ABA experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Must be able to pass background checks
Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
