Application Developer

Location: Blue Ash, OH (On-Site)

Pay: $80,000-95,000 (compensation can vary depending on experience) + Benefits, Community Involvement, PTO, 401k match (10% dollar for dollar), Roth contribution

General Overview

The Application Developer supports the development, configuration, and integration of both internally built and third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. This role collaborates with business units to understand workflows, requirements, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflows, configurations, and integrations.

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within internal and third-party applications, including CRM and workflow platforms.

Configure and customize business applications and low-code/no-code platforms to align with organizational goals.

Develop workflows, automations, and business logic to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Partner with data and development teams to enable seamless integrations across internal systems and databases.

Support the implementation, optimization, and scalability of CRM and workflow platforms.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance for users.

Document configurations, workflows, and development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience as an Application Developer or in a similar technical role.

Proven experience with enterprise or custom applications, workflows, automations, and CRM systems.

Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration.

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Java, or Python.

Familiarity with Azure environments and cloud-based development.

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.

Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
