Warehouse Lead

Job Description

Gojob is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory software systems. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Shift

Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm - $20/hr

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Oversee daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.

Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse lead or related position

Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and processes is essential.

Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.

Background in e-commerce operations or distribution center management is advantageous.
