Machine Operator – Full-Time Great Benefits Growth Opportunities

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you're mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on production work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.What You’ll Do

Operate and set up extrusion machines, mixers, and blenders

Prepare pigments and materials for runs

Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting

Record production data in computer-controlled systems

Inspect products and adjust machines as needed

Maintain and clean equipment

Move finished materials to shipping (lifting up to 50 lbs)What You Need

2+ years machine operating experience

Experience with extrusion equipment

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

1+ year quality control experience

English communication and basic computer skills

Powder coating or mixer/blender experience is a plusWhat We Offer

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, IL.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $22.25/hr.
