Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Junior-Level Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitative care in a hospital-based clinical environment. This role focuses on evaluating patient needs, implementing individualized therapy plans, and supporting recovery, mobility, and overall functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility interventions

Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies and injury prevention

Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Supervise and support physical therapy assistants and students

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Physical Therapist License in the State of Oklahoma

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress healthcare environment
