Schedule: Full-Time 12-hour shifts

What You'll Do:

Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition

Provide direct nursing care including treatments and medication administration

Observe residents closely for overnight changes and communicate with leadership as needed

Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system

Prepare residents for morning transition of care

Mentor and support CNAs/NA's during overnight operations Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing

Basic nursing competency skills

Experience with electronic medical records preferred
