Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Inbound call center experience.

Respond to incoming calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants.

Provide accurate information about housing programs, eligibility, and application processes .

Assist with troubleshooting issues related to housing applications or accounts.

Record and update customer interactions in the database.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex inquirie s.
