Location: Parma, OH 44130

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $19.28/hour

Job Type: 1 Year (Potential for Full-Time Based on Performance)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist - Production / Inserter Machine Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment in Parma, OH. This role involves operating high-speed inserter machines, handling production materials, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work on their feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with high-speed inserter machines

• Load materials, clear jams, unload and tray completed pieces

• Receive, stock, and ship printing materials

• Unload incoming freight and document inventory

• Pull and prepare inventory for production floor

• Assist with physical inventory and warehouse organization

• Maintain production quality and meet deadlines

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and maintain machine performance

• Ensure clean and organized work area

• Follow safety and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (3+ years preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for the entire shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Stable work history with minimal employment gaps

• Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with standard lighting and ventilation

• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

• No cell phones allowed on the warehouse floor
