We navigate the complex landscape of global regulations, working cross-functionally with engineering, legal, policy, GAPP, trust and safety operations, and product teams to implement and maintain compliance solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities * Develop and drive ambiguous, large-scale programs to address global regulatory challenges, establishing clear frameworks and processes that deliver measurable business impact and long-term operational stability.

* Lead the end-to-end execution of Google Play's regulatory roadmap, ensuring all product initiatives meet global laws and internal policies on time and within budget, minimizing friction for developers.

* Orchestrate engagement between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Play verticals (e.g., Apps, Games) and core platform teams to map technical dependencies and assess the downstream impact of privacy and compliance requirements.

* Maintain a comprehensive roadmap of emerging privacy initiatives, translating complex legal mandates into actionable software engineering (SWE) requirements and clear project milestones.
