Lead Developer / Architect (Process Intelligence)

ITTConnect is seeking a Lead Developer/Architect (Process Improvement) to work on site for a client in the Columbus, OH area. This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Energy sector.

Job location: Columbus, OH.

We are seeking a lead developer to design and oversee the data pipeline architecture that feeds the Process Mining (Celonis) platform. This lead will bridge the gap between raw backend data (ERP/CRM) and actionable visual insights that improve business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture & ETL: Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from source systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) into the Celonis Intelligent Business Cloud (IBC).

Process Modeling: Utilize PQL (Process Query Language)-which is Celonis's version of SQL-to build complex process models and analytical dashboards.

Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact in Columbus, advising stakeholders on how to translate business "pain points" into technical data requirements.

Performance Tuning: Optimize large-scale data transformations to ensure real-time or near-real-time visibility into process bottlenecks.

Celonis (Studio, Data Integration, Action Engine)

Strong SQL & ETL experience - Python, Snowflake, PySpark

Experience with ERP data (SAP is the gold standard here - and/or Oracle, SFDC, ServiceNow)

Stakeholder management; ability to explain "The Why"

Change management experience
