Job Description

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs

• Use EPA certification to support HVAC troubleshooting

• Maintain property standards and complete work orders

• $21-$22/hr based on experience

• Contract role

Key Responsibilities

Complete HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Perform electrical and plumbing repairs

Repair appliances, fixtures, and general components

Maintain safety standards and respond to maintenance requests

Communicate with residents and staff professionally

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

EPA Type II or Universal certification

Trade experience in:

HVAC repair

Electrical troubleshooting

Plumbing repairs

Appliance maintenance

Carpentry/general maintenance

Must have own tools

Ability to perform physical labor and work standard business hours
