Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
Direct crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring efficient execution to the highest standards.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect the team and the jobsite.
Collaborate with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
Review drawings, plan work sequences, and resolve field issues to maintain project progress.
Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent Applicant will have:
Proven Field Leadership: 5+ years supervising self-perform crews in commercial or industrial construction, driving productivity and quality.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of concrete, carpentry, and structural scopes to execute complex projects accurately.
Safety-First Mindset: Experienced in maintaining safe, compliant jobsites while motivating teams to perform at their best.
Effective Communicator & Problem Solver: Lead crews confidently, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on schedule.
Project-Ready Planner: Skilled in reading drawings, sequencing work, and coordinating tasks for seamless execution.
Craftsmanship & Solutions-Oriented: Practical, hands-on approach focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional results.

Base Salary - $100,000-$130,000
