Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations Summary: The Foundation Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Foundation team in generating philanthropic revenue for the McLeod Health Foundation by maintaining and updating the McLeod Foundation's financial system.

1.

Works independently and responsible for generating philanthropic revenue for the McLeod Health Foundation by maintaining the Foundation's data in Salesforce.

2.

Responsible for opening daily mail, completing gift forms for Foundation Coordinator.

3.

Responsible for serving as the backup to the Foundation Coordinator assisting with processing daily gifts; receipts and acknowledgements, making corrections when needed, ensuring data integrity.

4.

Responsible for processing online gifts daily, making necessary changes as needed in Salesforce for accuracy.

5.

Responsible for maintaining the Do Not Mail list.

6.

Works with all staff to generate mailing lists for all direct mailers and foundation publications ensuring accurate information is included; timeliness, and standard processes are followed.

7.

Responsible for creating and analyzing reports for donor trends, retention rates, campaign ROI's and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and dashboards.

8.

Reports directly to the Senior Manager of Finance of the McLeod Health Foundation.

9.

Involved in other activities as assigned.

Job Requirements Qualifications /Training: Four-year college degree in related field -will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree Experience in data entry and processing Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

Salesforce, Microsoft Access, Powerpoint and Publisher experience a plus.
