Controls Programming Engineer

Responsibilities:

Oversee the project throughout the concept, design, implementation, testing, and start-up phases

Control system commissioning, including instrumentation and motor control devices

Create fiber optic, radio telemetry, and broadband communication network

Develop PLC and HMI control systems from scratch

Perform testing to assess functionality

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a 2-year associate degree in automation related field (preferred but not required)

Programming experience in the following:

PLC programming such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix 500 and 5000, Modicon, Siemens S7, GE PAC systems or similar

HMI programming such as Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, Cimplicity, Intellution, or similar
